Chemists’ recent objections to doctor dispensing

  1.         They support the NHS mantra:

            “Doctors should prescribe and chemists dispense, each according to their special areas of treatment”.

  But chemists now prescribe.

2.         Nobody should profit by both prescribing and dispensing.

  But chemists now prescribe and profit from their prescribing.

3.         Doctors don’t supervise dispensing

  But chemists will soon be leaving their shops in charge of technicians     

So why isn't the DDA Ltd out there vigorously taking advantage of this by making headlines and visiting Ministers?

Could it be because they have just spent the last eight years with the chemists eagerly negotiating away the rights of any other practice to apply to dispense?

What damn fools they are!

And they charge around £100 subscription for the pleasure of supporting such idiocy.
